To observe how Taiwan's high-quality agricultural products are being cultivated in the natural environment in Alishan, TeamU visited Chiayi County during the harvest season in October, travelled through the tea estates and planting areas of camellia seeds, coffee and Jelly Fig (aiyu), etc., to exchange ideas and learning from local aboriginal home farmers about their daily farming routines, and participated in hand-picking camellia seeds and experienced the making of "aiyu jelly" from its original form.

 

Through this journey we deeply felt the preciousness of the hard-won crops and the dedication of the home farmers in the beautiful country-side of the Alishan Area, and we truly want our customers - like you - to join this valuable journey with us.
